Can a foreigner buy an apartment in Georgia?
Yes. Foreigners buy homes in Georgia on the same terms as citizens. Restrictions apply only to agricultural land.
Can I buy without coming to Batumi?
Yes. The agreement is signed under a notarised power of attorney, and you pay by bank transfer. We can show the apartments and the site by video call or in person.
How does the payment plan work?
A plan of up to 4 years: 10% on reservation, 60% during construction on the developer's schedule and the final 30% on handover of the tower in Q2 2030. We will send the exact schedule from the date of your agreement.
When is handover?
In Q2 2030.
What is included in the price?
Apartments are handed over fully furnished, with a fitted kitchen and finishes.
What apartments are in the tower?
Studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, from 39 m². We will send available units and floor plans on request.
Who is the developer?
HOLM Developments from Dubai. The company builds HOLM One, LINEA and HOLM Central in Dubai, and One Peninsula is its first project abroad.
What taxes apply when buying?
Georgia has no separate tax on buying a home. You pay the Public Registry fee. Rental taxes depend on your situation.
Does buying give residency?
Buying property of a certain value lets you apply for a Georgian residence permit. We will tell you whether your chosen apartment qualifies.
How is the name spelled?
One Peninsula, in two words. You may also see it as One Peninsula Batumi or One Peninsula by HOLM. The tower stands on Ambassadori Island in Batumi, Georgia.
